The BK5-31 is a compact, flexible, highly reliable 3-inch (up to 80mm) label and ticket kiosk printing mechanism. Designed for kiosk integrations, the BK5-31 prints at speeds of up to 150mm/sec at 203dpi onto media with a thickness of up to 0.20mm. It supports adjustable media width from 20-80mm making it ideal for tickets, labels and wristbands. The mechanism can operate in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to +60 degrees, making it experienced for various extreme temperature environments.
Offering a side open frame for easy media loading, plus power and reset switches located on both sides, the BK5-31 enables easy mounting in compact spaces. Built with a powerful processor with 256 Kbytes NV image memory for improved media detection capabilities with a moveable black mark sensor. Plus, seamless media feeding with centre media alignment to prevent media wrinkles, alongside removable bezels and an adjustable media width frame, the printing mechanism can be personalised for a range of kiosk designs. The printer is also powered by a DC-Jack or 2P Connector as standard and has USB B type or 4P connector or Serial 9P Male or 5P connector connectivity options, all while being supported by a 2-year warranty as standard.
