Warranty

BIXOLON Europe warrants that all its Mobile, POS, Industrial and selected Desktop Label printers are to be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of two years* from the date of purchasing or 27 months* from the date of manufacture.

Effective from the 1st May 2024, the following XD3-40 Series, XD5-40 Series, SLP-TX400, SLP-TX420, SLP-TX220, SLP-DX220 and SLP-DL410 Desktop Label printers will come with a warranty period of three years* from the date of purchasing or 39 months* from the date of manufacture.

Any units which prove defective during the warranty period will be replaced or repaired at BIXOLON’s discretion when returned to our facilities, transportation prepaid.

BIXOLON Europe cannot be hold responsible for any removal or installation costs.

As a result of our commitment to continuous improvement, BIXOLON Europe reserves the right to change specifications without prior notice.

To return a faulty product

Download and complete BIXOLON reclamation form to return your printer for repair. Once completed, the form should be returned in the box with the faulty printer to BIXOLON’s European offices. Noting the printer’s serial number as reference for all future correspondence.

*Excluded from the general two years are Printheads and Batteries.

The Printhead warranty validity is restricted to the specified number of kilometres in the specification sheet of the corresponding model.

The Battery warranty is restricted to one year.
