All BIXOLON products are protected under a warranty

BIXOLON offers a 24 month return to base parts and labour warranty across its complete, Mobile, Label, POS printer and accessory range, commencing from the date it is sold to the user. All parts are covered including the TPH with exception of Mobile printer batteries which are covered with a 12 month warranty due to possible unregulated customer charging practices.

Should the product fail under warranty, proof of purchase must be provided or the warranty reverts to 27 months from the month of manufacture identified in the serial number of the BIXOLON device.
